Wrong meassurment

Ordered a shirt with 45cm waist, received a shirt with 50cm waist at most narrow point. Hoping Luxire will refund this shirt as it is useless for me. Quality of shirt and fabric is good, but getting the ordered measurements is kind of the whole point.
