Grey Twill Flannel Shirt

The products are good quality, however the customer service and turnaround time are HORRIBLE.

So far I've placed several orders and only one was made on time within the 3 week turnaround time. I've ordered this shirt almost 7 weeks ago, and after following up numerous times I was promised it will be shipped shortly. Customer service representatives just keep reassuring you that it's a priority, but clearly no one cares about the orders. Makes me think that if it wasn't for my follow ups I would never see the finished product.
